Shipping & Fulfillment Costs

• Team Engagement Swag: Your Team Engagement Swag Budget covers the cost of swag items and applicable sales taxes; shipping and fulfillment costs are covered by a separate budget.
• Event Swag: For Event Swag, your budget must include both swag costs and shipping/fulfillment costs.

Payment Methods

• Orders Under $10k: Can be paid with a credit card.
• Orders Over $10k: Require a Purchase Order (PO). We’ll upload the invoice directly to your system, ensuring the expenses are allocated to the appropriate budgets.

Ordering, Approval, and Production Process

Once you have chosen your swag and we have your team’s sizes & preferences, here’s what you can expect:

1. Sales Order Approval & Invoice Payment:
   • Review the Sales Order and your team responses, then approve the items and artwork.
   • Pay the invoice directly if using a credit card, or submit a PO for orders over $10k.
2. Production:
   • Production begins only after we receive size/shipping details from your team and payment via credit card or PO submission.
