- Logo Requirements: All Team Engagement Swag must include either the Meta logo or your team name/logo on the items.
- Placement Rules:
- The Meta logo and your team name/logo must be in different locations if both are used.
- The Meta symbol and the word “Meta” cannot be separated; they must remain next to each other, unaltered.

Shipping & Fulfillment Costs
- Team Engagement Swag: Your Team Engagement Swag Budget covers the cost of swag items and applicable sales taxes; shipping and fulfillment costs are covered by a separate budget.
- Event Swag: For Event Swag, your budget must include both swag costs and shipping/fulfillment costs.
Payment Methods
- Orders Under $10k: Can be paid with a credit card.
- Orders Over $10k: Require a Purchase Order (PO). We’ll upload the invoice directly to your system, ensuring the expenses are allocated to the appropriate budgets.

- Perfect for teams with a full budget, ample time, and a desire for creative, customized swag ideas.
3. FASTEST: Buy Now, Choose Later
- If you need to spend your budget now but don’t have time to choose items, contact us via our Contact Form. We can invoice you for the swag, allowing you to make final selections later.
- This gives your team extra time to decide on swag items and designs without losing this year’s budget allotment.
Individual Drop-Shipping (Worldwide)
- Need to send swag directly to remote team members? We can facilitate individual shipping worldwide.
- Secure Response Form: We’ll create a secure, custom form for team members to provide mailing addresses and swag details (size, color, etc.).
Ordering, Approval, and Production Process
Once you have chosen your swag and we have your team’s sizes & preferences, here’s what you can expect:
- Sales Order Approval & Invoice Payment:
- Review the Sales Order and your team responses, then approve the items and artwork.
- Pay the invoice directly if using a credit card, or submit a PO for orders over $10k.
- Production:
- Production begins only after we receive size/shipping details from your team and payment via credit card or PO submission.
